Associate - Tech M&A Dach Focus

The firm works on a truly global basis as a trusted M&
A advisory to leading technology Services, Software and Med/Healthcare tech firms and having added a head of DACH last year is now seeking an Associate to join the group.

Working on a FULLY REMOTE basis but based in Germany you will both lead on M&
A Deal execution whilst supporting senior colleagues on targeting and closing of new opportunities.

Applications are sought from candidates with demonstrable M&
A or Transaction Advisory experience gained within the DACH space from a leading Advisory Firm, Bank or Boutique.
