Who you are:

You're a highly organized, adaptable, experienced, and hands-on individual with a passion for data and process optimization.

Your tasks &
responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders Sales, Operations, and Engineers to understand business goals and needs, driving the data strategy to support these objectives.
• Conduct data analysis to uncover business insights that will inform strategy and decision-making.
• Own and maintain critical metrics and reports, supporting customers, leadership, engineers, analysts, and data scientists in making well-informed business decisions.
• Continuously improve the data analytics infrastructure in terms of reliability, scalability, performance, and maintainability by implementing new features and improvements.
• Make data readily accessible to the entire organization.
• Actively shape the platform's governance strategy.

What you bring:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with ETL/ELT processes, data architecture, ideally Data Science/Engineering background.
• Experience in designing data warehouse solutions, database design and modelling.
• Experience with the following tools is a plus:
  MS Fabric, MS Power Automate, Advanced SQL, Python/Spark and API fundamentals.
• Ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative environments, ideally with multicultural experience.
• A dedication to continuous learning and becoming a subject matter expert.
• A professional, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
