Digital Marketing Specialist (M/F/D)

Your Responsibilities

This is a hand-on role with a wide range of duties that links to ContentManagement,Website Administration andSocial Media. Youwill havea big impactin the development of digital strategies in cooperation with HQ China, the marketing team leader and top management.

• Responsible for Europen social media channels and campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to help achieve corporate marketinggoals
• Localize and deliver content that will engage,educateand informcustomers
• Ensuresynergyand consistency of content across local digitalactivities
• Developing a content calendar across all platforms ensuring a constant supply of relevant contentin collaborationwith our lead agency
• Focus on continuous improvement by constantlyidentifyingand improving the customer journey and userexperience
• Assistonoptimization and further development of the website according toSEO
• Make recommendations for changes or improvements to platforms or processes and increase effectiveness of thewebsite
• Social Media Strategy and Integration
• Lead individual projects (such as WOM strategy &
  campaigns, explore new channels such as TikTok)
• Monitor social media and online reputation including sentiment analysis, brand mentions in social media, the blogosphere, news, etc.
• Manages social media analytics, tagging/tracking and reporting for ongoing enhancements to social media strategy andtactics

Your profile

• You have experience in online marketing and have gained knowledge of online marketing tools( Iwould onlychoosesomeone with at least 3 years ofa Digital/ Communications/ Marketing Managerposition):
  
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Digital/ Communications/ Marketing Manager or similar role within digital/new media &
  communication for brands in FMCG or consumer electronics industry (digital media plan, SEO/SEM plan, website development, community management, digital media tracking, budget/financial management).
• You have a marked preference for informative and inspiringcontent.
• An affiliation with numbers and good analytical skills, paired with the ability to find creative solutions as well asa high levelof initiative andreliability.
• You are keen to take responsibility and you have a highly self-motivated and assertivepersonality.
• An excellent eye for detail that allows you to spot even the smallest ofmistakes.
• Strong communicationskills as well as a goal-driven and team-oriented working style.
• You speak fluentGerman andEnglish;
  any other European language is aplus.
• Motivated and proactive, willing to assume the challenge of developing the brand panEMEA.
• Experience in managinga differentinternal and external Stakeholders incl.agencies.
