Your tasks

• As Experimentation Researcher you are responsible for translating the needs of our customers into customer-oriented features.
• Make sure, we build the right product. Identify the most immediate problems to solve and ideate possible solutions with your team.
• Conducting target group analyses with suitable UX methods and deriving user groups.
• Preparation, execution and evaluation of interviews, user tests and online surveys.
• Coordination and forwarding of findings and recommendations for action from the research with the product team.

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in the field of User Experience, User Research or Usability Engineering.
• Very good knowledge of UX methods, iterative testing and user-centered product development.
• Data-driven and a very good understanding of which data (qualitative/quantitative) yields which insights and which do not.
• High quality standards for own work and a solution-oriented approach with the necessary pragmatism.
• Very good communication skills as well as a structured, independent and conscientious way of working, but also enjoys working in cross-functional teams.
• You speak and write fluently German and English.
