Your tasks

Do you have extensive experience in influencer marketing, a passion for our industry and the desire to become part of a committed and creative team? Then KoRo is the right place for you! As Head of Influencer Marketing (m/f/d), you will take on an important key position in our marketing team and help us take our international influencer marketing strategy to the next level.

• Strategic leadership and development of a dedicated team focussing on influencer marketing
• Planning and implementation of long-term international influencer marketing strategies that increase KoRo's brand awareness and reach all across Europe
• Identifying, selecting and developing creative collaboration opportunities with relevant international influencers while meeting our ambitious performance objectives
• Maintaining and developing existing relationships with influencers
• Management and realisation of the implementation of an influencer CRM system
• Budget management, ensuring efficient use of financial resources
• Analysing and reporting on the performance of influencer marketing initiatives
• Ensuring the seamless integration of the influencer marketing strategy into the overall strategy through close cross-departmental collaboration with CRM, Brand and Performance Marketing

Your profile

• You have more than three years of proven experience in a leadership position in the field of influencer marketing/sponsoring, ideally in an e-commerce environment
• You have excellent English skills or excellent German skills
• You have outstanding leadership skills and are able to motivate your team members and promote their individual development in a targeted manner
• You are experienced in the strategic implementation of an influencer CRM system and familiar with the coordination of international influencer marketing
• You have strong project management and organisational skills that make it easy for you to prioritise and multitask effectively
• You are resilient and able to maintain focus in a dynamic environment and work purposefully towards results
• You also have excellent communication and collaboration skills that help you interact with stakeholders at different levels
