Head Of Inhouse Consulting (M|W|D)

Job Role:

• Take deputy role for the company team to facilitate value generation across the company group activities
• Further develop the Inhouse Consulting team (recruiting, capabilities and profiles) and its service portfolio
• Ensure high quality project delivery in line with sponsors expectations and the company strategic guardrails
• Lead major strategic projects and programs, from a concept phase to implementation
• Design strategies and solutions by working closely with Country Management and Executive Board
• Work on information governance and stakeholder management as part of the role as change agent for strategic initiatives

Your Profile:

• Very good university degree, preferably with a double degree or PhD
• At least 8 years of job experience in a top management consultancy or a strategically focused position in an international corporate environment
• Relevant working experience in and market insights of the healthcare industry
• Experience in leading cross-functional, complex strategic projects and teams
• Knowledge of strategy development and a track record of implementing strategies successfully
• Curious and ambitious character with a drive to facilitate corporate transformation
• Structured way of working with a strong focus on solution finding and generating financial impact
• Distinct communication skills and experience to engage with senior management
• Business-fluent in English and one additional language desirable
