Your Tasks

• Supportour global Sales team in administrativeand operational task, organization, planning &
  implementation of strategies.
• Create presentations, reportsand statistics,and organize trainings and meetings
• Maintain customer and sales data in the CRM system (Salesforce)
• Supportat lead, quote and opportunity management in the CRM system (Salesforce)
• Act as an interface between Account Managers, Professional Services, Order Fulfillment Center, Product Management and all related departments
• Support the global sales team preparing, processing and following up opportunities and orders
• Planning, coordinating and following up on workshops as well as trade shows

Your Profile

• Convincing appearance and strong communicationand teamworkskills.
• Solution / process-oriented and analytical way of thinking as well as high self-motivation and willingness to constantly develop, pick up on and implement innovations
• Business fluent in German and English
• 3+ years general sales experience,inside sales preferred
• Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships
• Ability to work in across-functional environment
