You will be taking care of
- You are the contact person for our users and take care of their needs and concerns
- You collect insights &
feedback from our customers &
users and contribute tothe further development of our product to continuously improve our app - You create overviews, analyses (e.G. customer and performance analyses) &
surveys and evaluate them - You quickly take responsibility and start your own projects, while your team assists you
- You create &
deliver presentations via Powerpoint or Miro to keep your team up to date
You check these boxes
- You have analytical skills, as well as a high degree of reliability and initiative
- You are a team player with strong communication skills and an organizational talent with a quick grasp of things
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and very good written and spoken German and English (C2-level German is mandatory, minimum B2-level English)
- You are interested in digital innovations and general technical topics
- You are a registered student (d/f/m) preferably in the field of business administration, economics, business informatics, information management, or logistics. More important to us than the right degree program, however, is that you are motivated!
- Experience in support and ticket systems like Jira, as well as other languages (like Rumanian, Bulgarian, etc.) are a plus!
