Internship Country Management Netherlands & Belgium (M/F/D)

Your tasks

Are you interested in gaining experience in the areas of sales, social media and influencer marketing and customer service? Then join our amazing team as Intern Country Management Netherlands &
Belgium! In this role you will support the Dutch team in the development and coordination of the expansion in the Netherlands:

• You will support us in the daily social media business and influencer management for the Netherlands
• This includes communication with our community via various social media platforms, like answering comments and messages as well as questions about our products and ingredients
• You help to develop a good relationship between us and our influencers
• You will also help to maintain our website, food journal, Instagram stories, etc.
• You plan and create content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• You will contribute to our email marketing campaigns
• You will take care of our customers’ requests via our ticket system as well as issuing and processing returns and complaints when necessary
• You will take care of B2B tickets and requests

Your profile

• Preferably, you are looking for an internship starting in September 2024
• (Ongoing) studies in a field like marketing or communications or a similar background
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch, and very good English
• You live in Berlin or the surrounding area or you are willing to relocate
• You are skilled in Microsoft Office or G-Suite
• Ideally, you have some experience in the field of marketing and/or communication
• You are well-versed in social media, especially Instagram
• You are articulate and can translate your creative ideas into written and visual forms
• You have an excellent understanding of target-oriented communication
• You love food and you have extensive knowledge of Dutch food culture
