We are expanding our team and currently seeking an IT Service Manager (m/f/d). This position is preferably based in our Munich office. If you are passionate about implementing an IT Service Management System using best practices such as FitSM, ITIL, or ISO/IEC 20000, then this opportunity is tailor-made for you. What You Bring
- Successfully completed vocational training as a IT Specialist, a degree in (Business) Informatics, or an equivalent qualification
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in implementing and executing IT Service Management practices based on industry standards such as FitSM, ITIL, or ISO/IEC 20000
- Comprehensive knowledge about IT Service Management
- Very good German (B1) and English (B2) language skills
- Proficiency in both classical project management and agile methodologies is advantageous What You Will Do
- You will assist in setting up a robust IT Service Management system aligned with organizational goals.
- You will implement, develop, and monitor IT Service Management Processes
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of ITSM processes and continuously improve and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- You will work closely with IT teams to identify and document various IT services and ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of service offerings.
- You will create internal service and process reports, providing insights for decision-making, present data-driven findings to stakeholders, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful process adoption.
- You will drive ongoing process improvement initiatives and evaluate proposed enhancements and recommend changes based on data analysis.
