TASKS

• Support in overarching organizational tasks and support on preparation of presentations for senior stakeholders
• Support in day-to-day collaboration to facilitate the implementation and transformation activities between organizational entities, global tribes and global functions
• Ad hoc support on selected topics (regular monthly reporting, Governance meetings, e.G. Steering Committees, Supervisory Board etc.)

PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Buisness Administration, Management or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Excellent attention to details, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proactive attitude and self-motivation with a willingness to learn and contribute to the team's success
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Any additional language skills are an asset
