Jr. Dealer Network Specialist (M/F/D)

For our office in Munich we are looking for a very motivated Jr. Dealer Network Specialist who would like to grow with the company!
Duties &
Responsibilities:

- Active participation in strategic dealer network planning and qualification of our AEC dealer network (EU, EFTA).
- Preperation of legal documentation – Letters of Intent, Dealer Contracts and Terminations. Ensure that the network agreements follow the respective local legislation and AEC guidelines
- Coordination of the official dealer process and independent administration of the CI implementation of our AEC dealer network.
- Support in the development of KPIs of the AEC dealer network, their monitoring and reporting.
- Proactive research and development of measures to increase the performance of the AEC dealer network
- Takeover of own projects of the training department "
AEC Academy"
inthe planning, conception and implementation of qualification measures for dealers.
- Deployment and the improvement of the CSI ( Customer Satisfaction Index) project across the Network
- Independent preparation of management reports, training presentations and training documents as well as support in day-to-day business.

Your profile

Education &
Experience:

- You have graduated with a degree in economics, business administration or a comparable degree with a focus on marketing, sales, international management.
- You have already gained experience in the automotive industry, especially in the areas of dealer network development, sales and/or strategy and would now like to put your skills to the test.
- You are a communication professional and have business fluent/native German and English skills, both spoken and written, other European languages are a plus.
- You use your organizational talent to coordinate topics and projects across several departments and with external business partners and know how to deal in challenging situations.
- You take initiatives and meet deadlines and in order to achieve your goals, you also support your colleagues and motivate them to do their best.
- You enjoy an international working environment.
- You are an MS Office professional and know all the tricks in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
