Junior Data Engineer (M, F, D)

Your mission

As a Junior Data Engineer, you'll will contribute to the architecture of our data ecosystem, responsible for ensuring its seamless operation and accessibility while maintaining superior quality.

• You help to build and scale our data models in Snowflake using dbt
• You connect various internal and external data sources and integrate them into our ELT process
• You orchestrate our data pipelines and ensure that they run smoothly
• Through tests (e.G. in dbt) you ensure that no errors occur and thus ensure high data quality
• You ensure a high level of data availability for all stakeholders and make sure that the data is available both in the self-service tools and via APIs for internal services
• In cooperation with the Product Owner and the Business Intelligence Manager, you maintain the data catalog to ensure transparency for all stakeholders

Your profile

Must Haves:

• You have 1+ Years of professional experience or significant internship as a data Engineer
• You have SQL Knowledge and some knowledge of another programming language (e.G. Python, Javascript, etc.)
• You are interested in the latest developments around the "
  Modern Data Stack"
  and are constantly on the lookout for new tools to help you do your job even better.

Nice to Have:

• Ideally, you have some knowledge about the following technologies:
  Snowflake, dbt, MS Azure Cloud (Functions, Blob Storage, Purview)
