Deine Herausforderung

Du bist (Junior) Operations Manager in einem schnell wachsenden, nachhaltigen eCommerce Startup und arbeitest direkt mit unserem COO zusammen. Bei circulee bekommst Du tiefe Einblicke in alle Unternehmensprozesse und arbeitest teamübergreifend. Du bist aktiv in die Mitgestaltung unseres Unternehmens eingebunden und hast die Möglichkeit von Anfang an bei der Definition und Umsetzung unserer Systeme und Prozessemitzuwirken. Du bist für ein breites Spektrum an Themen im Bereich Logistik, Einkauf und Kundenservice verantwortlich. Du stellst dich gerne neuen Herausforderungen und bleibst dabei lösungsorientiert und pragmatisch, ohne die große Vision aus den Augen zu verlieren.

Deine Aufgaben

• Aufgabenvielfalt:
  Als Teil unseres Operations-Teams bist Du verantwortlich für das operative Tagesgeschäft in den Disziplinen Logistik, Procurement und Customer Care und stellst dabei reibungslose Abläufe sicher.
  
  • Du organisierst, steuerstund überwachst unsere Transport- und Fulfillment Dienstleister (3PL) und stehst diesen als zentraler Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung.
    
  • Du hast alle Warenflussprozesse (insb. Transport, Inbound, Warehousing, Outbound und Retouren) im Blick und greifst proaktiv ein, wenn notwendig.
    
  • Neben dem Management der bestehenden Lieferanten bist Du am stetigen Ausbau unseres Lieferantenstammes beteiligt.
    
  • Du verantwortest den operativen Beschaffungsprozess, vom Auslösen der Bestellung über die Stammdatenpflege bis hin zur Freigabe von Lieferantenrechnungen.
    
  • Im Rahmen des Category Managementsanalysierst Du die Performance unserer Produkte und Warengruppen, triffst Sortimentsentscheidungen, hältst unsere Marktbegleiter im Blick und verwaltest Produktdaten.
    
  • Als Teil unseres Reklamations- und Qualitätsmanagements sorgst Du für optimale Produkt- und Prozessqualität.
    
  • Du stehst in regem Austausch mit anderen Fachabteilungen. Dazu zählt insbesondere das Inside-Sales Team, welches Du mit deinem Wissen über unser Produktportfolio und über unsere operativen Prozesse unterstützt.
    
  • Direkten Kundenkontakthast Du im Rahmen des Customer Care. Dabei unterstützt Du freundlich und effizient unsere Kunden bei allen Post-Sale Anliegen.
    
• Innovation:
  Du beteiligst dich mit Deinen Ideen und Visionen an der strategischen Konzipierung und Umsetzung der gesamten Supply Chain von circulee.
  

• Optimierung:
  Du analysierst vorhandene Prozesse und Strukturen und identifizierst Optimierungspotentiale. Du bereitest selbstständig Entscheidungsvorlagen und Projektpläne vor, die wir gemeinsam mit Dir zur Verbesserung unserer Geschäfsprozesse umsetzen.

Anforderungen

• Studium oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Bereich Wirtschaft, Einkauf oder BWL
• Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent mit einem hohen Maß an Flexibilität, Proaktivität und Eigeninitiative
• Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on Mentalität und einer Präferenz zur Standardisierung von Prozessen
• Sicherer und routinierter Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket, insbesondere MS Excel ist nicht neu für dich.
• Herausragende Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie Kontakt- und Kooperationsvermögen
• Ein grundsätzliches technisches Interesse bzw. eine Affinität zu unserem Produktportfolio (Notebooks, Smartphones, Tablets, PCs etc.)
• Erste Kenntnisse im Bereich eCommerce, Logistik, Einkauf und/oder Customer Support sind ein Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
• Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Arbeitsort ist Berlin aufgrund unseres hybriden Arbeitsmodels
• 40-Stunden-Woche Arbeitszeit
