Who you are

You possess a keen understanding of the software space, particularly in SaaS offerings. Leveraging your familiarity and experience with common selling applications, you excel in fostering and growing partnerships while maintaining accountability.
In addition to your solid foundation, bringing proficiency in Data Science software, particularly low code programs, is a plus. Your project management experience, coupled with a deep understanding of key tools to track projects and facilitate alignment, further strengthens your skill set.
You bring strong communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to build lasting relationships. When connecting with customers and collaborating effectively you radiate ease. Moreover, you have the ability to bring people and teams together to tackle and solve shared challenges. Lastly, your comfort level in engaging with senior levels within organizations demonstrates your capacity to navigate diverse professional landscapes.

That's the job

As the key driver behind our Partner Success Strategy in North America, you foster strong relationships and drive mutual success between KNIME and our professional services partners. By cultivating new partnerships and nurturing existing ones, you'll ensure success and value for our end customers.
Your responsibilities encompass various facets, including the revamp and streamlining of our partner accreditation program. This initiative involves refining certification criteria and implementing a client feedback loop to ensure continuous improvement for partners and the end customers. You'll collaborate with partners to develop and track regional business plans, ensuring alignment and goal attainment. Together, you'll seize market opportunities to build out our services program and offerings.
A key aspect of your role involves fostering KNIME's internal communication between marketing, product development, and others. By facilitating communication and aligning priorities, you'll ensure that our partners' needs are effectively heard and addressed. In addition, you'll work closely with the overall PS Strategy owner within KNIME to ensure alignment with the North American region and the plan. A part of your role is to annually assess partners in program offerings, marketing campaigns, and customer feedback. Through this assessment, you'll identify what worked well and opportunities for refinement, which will be reflected in our business plans.
