Deine Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung bei der Prüfung geeigneter Investitionsobjekte
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Cash-Flow Analysen
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von internen und externen Vorlagen für Entscheidungsgremien
• Durchführung von Markt-, Standort- &
  Objektanalysen
• Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation mit der Verwahrstelle, Immobilienbewertern und Investoren
• Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Bereichen Fonds- und Asset Management &
  Development
• Kommunikation mit Kunden, Dienstleistern, Liegenschaftseigentümern und Maklergesellschaften
• Übernahme genereller administrativer Aufgaben

Your Profile

• Laufendes kaufmännisches Studium mit
  Schwerpunkt in der Immobilienwirtschaft oder
  allgemeines kaufmännisches Studium mit
  Zusatzqualifikation in der Immobilienwirtschaft
• MS Office Kenntnisse insbesondere Excel,
  Powerpoint, ergänzend idealerweise Argus
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort
  und Schrift
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
• Teamplayer
• Fähigkeit zur selbständigen Arbeit
