Portfolio Manager (F/M/D) - Renewable Energy

The Position

What you will do:

• As a Portfolio Manager, you will work with the objective of optimizingportfolio performance and improving investor returns for portfolios of distributed renewable energy assets

• You will conduct comprehensiveassessments of our asset portfolio and potential new business options, integrating technical, commercial, and regulatory factors

• You will create detailedfinancial models for equity and debt investors, including pricing, and analyze the risk/reward of the portfolio deals and combined portfolios

• You willdefine, analyze and reporton KPIs for our portfolios and and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on these KPIs by managing and maintaining data and information

• You will work with the different stakeholders, banks, advisors, law firms, limited partners

• You will lead feasibility studies on new projects, products or new requirement requests

• Together with other teams at Bullfinch you will also be involved in contract negotiationsand the management of project agreements with partners, including aspects such as construction, operation, service

• In addition, you will undertake various tasks related to project implementation, asset management, reporting to investors

• You will also support andcooperate with the investment team, with the possibility of taking care of some projects in the long term

You will be great in this position if:

• Workexperiencein renewable energies, infrastructure, banking, consumer finance or real estate

• Work experience in a bank, fund, or investment firm will be a plus.

• Background in business administration, industrial engineering, renewable energy, finance or economics desirable

• Very goodwritten andspoken German and English

• Strong experience infinancial modelling, reporting, and sharp analytical skills

• Very good attention to detailand strong at number crunching

• Highly entrepreneurial. Hands-on and not afraid to get your hands dirty

• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
