Your role

We are seeking a dynamic, creative and passionate Receptionist and Customer Care Agent at our Hotel in Bat Yam, Israel. As a Receptionist and Guest Service Agent you will be responsible for creating a memorable and unique guest experience, being the first impression of our guests and performing your duties at the highest standard. You will report to the Operations Coordinator and CC Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and be part of the fast growth of our company.

Your Journey

  • Welcome guests in a cordial and professional manner upon arrival at the hotel.

  • Provide professional, prompt, and friendly guest support by listening to guests and responding in a way that exceeds their expectations.

  • Manage the check-in and check-out process for guests efficiently and accurately.

  • Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions and activities.

  • Respond to inquiries and handle guest queries by telephone, email, Whatsapp, Facebook in an effective and timely manner.

  • Manage reservations and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and precision in the hotel management system.

  • Resolve guest problems and complaints in a prompt and satisfactory manner, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.

  • Maintain a clean and orderly environment in the reception area.

  • Collaborate to support operational departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure a smooth experience for guests.

  • Perform basic administrative tasks, such as filing documents, maintaining up-to-date records, collecting payments

  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience.

  • Work closely with the Customer Care team located in HQ, Barcelona, Spain.

What do you bring to your trip

  • Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English;
    additional knowledge ofother languages is an advantage.

  • Familiar with Gmail, Slack, Google Drive, etc. (a big plus experience in Slack and Zendesk)

  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and multi-tasking environment.

  • Passionate, proactive and hands on

  • Flexible,resilient and adaptable to changes

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Empathy while handling our guests

  • Friendly, professional and customer service oriented attitude.

  • Sense of urgency

  • Take ownership of your role

  • Confident working in cross-functional teams.

  • Comfortable with fast pace environment

  • Can do attitude, that´s the KEY!

  • Good knowledge of computer systems and reservation software.

  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. The working hours are:
    9.30 - 21.30h week days from Monday to Friday, and Saturday from 10h to 19h.
