Your mission

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our expansion, collaborating directly with our Human Resources team. As a vital contributor to the team responsible for our growth and brand awareness, your mission is to not just fill roles but to shape the future of our organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to determine the different department's recruitment needs/ statuses and support recruitment discussions.

  • Headhunt and engage with candidates on Linkedin or other sourcing platforms.

  • Screen CVs and screen candidates via Phone and video, as well as write evaluations for candidates.

  • Recruit for different roles across departments and locations.

  • Report on the progress or flag issues related to their roles or projects.

  • Play an integral part in collecting and showcasing external salary benchmarking data and presenting it to the business.

  • Manage, maintain and improve our ATS (Personio) functions and workflow.

  • Assist in the writing, proofreading, and publishing of Job Descriptions on all platforms including social media platforms and Job boards.

  • Maintain contact with candidates throughout the process and give timely feedback to candidates.

  • Be an internal and external advocate for hiring at Odds Scanner

  • From time to time, support the HR team with onboarding initiatives and other HR activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role for at least 1 year, preferably in-house.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment legislation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
