We trust you in these areas

• Organising sales calls for RDOS / Key Account Manager
• You support the hotels in local marketing activities and make sure that our CI is always adhered to
• Preparation and participation in trade shows and workshops
• Maintenance of Penta sales-relevant programs (CRM, RFP-Systems etc.)
• Preparation and completion of reports for RDOS and Head Office
• Assist in processing group enquiries (group bookings, conferences, incentives, etc.)

These are your talents

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the hotel industry or a similar course of study
• You have interest and enthusiasm for sales and coordination
• You are fluent in English and German and have strong communication skills
• You are a team player and support your team wherever you can
