Your mission

If you are a data-driven expert who has a passion for e-commerce and data-driven decision making, and are ready to play a key role in a dynamic growth environment, then you are the or ideal candidate for this position:

• Be responsible forourSales &
  Commercial Planning andactively contribute to the continuous optimization of ourperformance
• Run ad-hoc analyses and support of thePerformanceand BusinessTeams
• Runtests (e.G.A/B) toevaluatethe impact ofprojects andchannels
• Modeling:
  Model business levers(e.G.Marketing attribution, customer lifetimevalue&
  churnmodels) toimprove business steering
• Marketing Controlling &
  Reporting:
  take over budget responsibility, createchannel sales and efficiency targetsand ensure budgetcompliance
• Interface to BI &
  Data Engineering:
  Act as a link between our BI teamand the business areas, you ensure thatwe have the data weneed

Your profile

• You have a degree with a quantitative focus, e.G. in Economics, Finance, Statistics or similar qualification
• You have at least 2-3 years of practical work experience in the field of e-commerce or a similar digital business
• You are confident with:
  Excel (prerequisite), BI tools, SQL (must have), Python (nice-to-have)
• You aregreatinAnalysis,Data Visualization,Communication(Storytelling)and Statistics
• You have already worked with data engineering teams orprojects
• You have a passion for numbers, strong analytical skills andare businessoriented
• Youcanwork in a team and independently with a lot of initiative anddecisiveness
• You have a good command of English. German is a plus
