Join our team to pioneer the future of last-mile delivery! As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking the potential of our vast troves of data. With thousands of undiscovered data sets and over 100 challenges to tackle, you'll have the opportunity to shape the direction of our company's data-driven decision-making process and drive meaningful impact in logistics.

You will be taking care of

• Creating strategies for conducting product analysis.

• Performing plan-based and ad-hoc product analysis and reports.

• Searching for and correcting errors in data.

• Prescribing recommendations for implementing changes.

• Collaborating with other data analysts within and outside the tribe on data distribution and interpretation.

• Providing mentorship to data analysts in the company.

You check these boxes

• You can turn data into insights with the necessary tools while considering cost-effectiveness.

• You are not afraid of raw data and are used to working with it.

• You are used to building dashboards from scratch using QuickSight, Tableau, or similar tools.

• You've got solid skills in at least one flavor of SQL.

• You are proficient in Python for ad-hoc data manipulation.

• You demonstrate strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• You excel at collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• You possess the ability to mentor junior team members.

• You exhibit fluency in business English and have the ability to simplify complex concepts.

It is awesome if you also have

• Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry and/or with geospatial data.

• Experience leading teams or a strong willingness to take on such responsibilities.

• Familiarity with tools and techniques for predictive modeling and forecasting.

• Experience with utilizing machine learning algorithms and techniques in cloud computing environments.

• Knowledge of advanced statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
