This position offers the opportunity tobe involved in keystrategic projects within the Finance area of TWAICE. Workingmainly withthe Head of Financeas well as Chief of Staffyou will be involved in allAccounting,Controlling/FP&

Your daily business will involve

• DriveallFP&
  A/controlling activities(e.G.Financial reporting, yearly budgeting, mid-year budget updates, forecasting, scenario planning, long-term business planning, etc.)with support from the Head of Finance &
  Legal.
• Drivereportingrelated topics, includingmonthly financial reporting,monthly management reporting, preparing monthly investor reportingwith support from the Head of Finance &
  Legal.
• Together with our accountantteam membersyou run financial consolidation, yearly financialstatementandaudit.
• Proactivelyimproveour existing processes &
  Try to automate as much as possible(e. g.Introducing new software toolslikeLucaNetin 2024 will be a keypriority).
• Deep dive into our company widestrategicbusiness case and apply your thereby generated knowledge as a trustedbusiness partner for other teams such as product, marketing, sales, etc.
• Independentlydeliver operational tasks inaccountingi.E.Managingaccounts receivable and accounts payable.

Your profile

• Your recentfull-timeworkexperienceis inrelevant areassuch asFinance, FP&
  A, Controlling, Investment Banking,etc.
• Deep knowledgeof accountingorspecificwork experienceisbeneficial.
• Experience within FP&
  Aata later stage (enterprise) software companyisbeneficial.
• You hold a degree (bachelor or master) with a major in finance and best case with a quantitative or accounting focus.
• You have a passion for data and numbers.
• You don’t just love excel, you are a power user.
• Experience with LucaNet (or similar) and Salesforce is beneficial.
• You can build financial models from scratch.
• You can execute tasks independently with a pragmatic approach and never give up until it works.
• You can communicate your results and you know how important it is to prepare and communicate information clearly and concisely.
• We expect that you bring the ability to acquire missing knowledge independently – of course we actively support you on this journey.
• Fluent in German and English is mandatory.
