Who you are

You bring keen expertise in a similar role and 6+ years of proven work experience in a fast-growing Software/Tech- Company. In addition to a deep understanding of Recruiting, hiring trends, tools, processes as well as diagnostic skills, you have experience in strategy development and implementation. You have a strong hands-on mentality and enjoy talking to people and you’re great at building and fostering relationships. Excellent communication skills and the ability to design and produce relevant hiring concepts and materials are needed. Desirable:
coaching and training certification. Fluent English and a keen eye for attention of details complete your profile.

That's the job

• You’ll own the recruitment process at KNIME and ensure great candidate experiences throughout all hiring journeys.
• You’ll help us find (and hire!) the most talented, passionate, and geeky people to join our creative, sometimes chaotic, team. Whilst the focus will be mainly on technical roles (think SeniorSoftware Engineer, Data Scientist, Web Developer, …), you’ll also help search and attract people for other functions.
• Youserve as a trusted advisor and collaborate with HiringManagers and Hiring Committeesto understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• You’ll analyze our existing processes, implement new ones, and ensure that we are set up for growth, working closely with Ralf and Nora.
• You help with the annual Hiring budget planning and monitoring.
