(Senior) Social Media Manager Tik Tok (M/F/D)

As a (Senior) Social Media Manager TikTok, you will collaborate closely with your team lead to align our content strategy with company-wide marketing campaigns. Together with our talented in-house creators, you will translate these strategies into platform-native narratives. Additionally, you are responsible for exciting projects that strategically shape our overall brand perception. With your help, creativity, and passion for interior design, we aim to manifest our position as the leading interior brand on TikTok. This position is unlimited and located in Munich.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• translating marketing initiatives into platform-native stories and orchestrating the following production process from planning to execution
• driving the implementation of Westwings premium brand strategy for TikTok by providing creative impulses to effectively position our brand on the platform.
• supporting our team lead with strategic and long-term projects (e.G., setting up a creator strategy)
• constant development of our content formats and daily research to obtain new format ideas and which are implemented together with team colleagues
• analyzing and interpreting the performance of our videos, and compiling key learnings and performance insights within monthly presentations for top management

YOU COME WITH

• passion for TikTok and holistic understanding on how the platform works
• high interest in interior design and lifestyle trends with a great sense of aesthetics
• advanced skills in organization, communication and project management (internal and external)
• advanced skills in writing business documents and presentations
• proficiency in working with numbers (e.G., analyzing performance reports)
• fluency in English and German
