Your mission!

• User Research:
  Immerse yourself in the daily challenges of small-sized contracting businesses through in-depth user interviews, surveys and feedback.
• Concept Development:
  Design intuitive and user-friendly features from scratch and continuously improve existing functionalities.
• Prototyping and Testing:
  Create interactive prototypes, conduct user tests, gather direct feedback, and iterate quickly to refine designs.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
  Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to gain insights and make data-driven design decisions.

• Education:
  Studies or degree in the design field (or career changer!).
• Experience:
  3+ years of professional experience as UX/UI Designer.
• Technical Skills:
  Proficiency in relevant tooling and methods.
• Language Skills:
  Strong German skills (e.G. C1 level).
• Startup Enthusiasm:
  Motivation to shape and grow with our startup.
