As a Social Media Marketing Manager (f/d/m) at Temedica you will have ownership over the social media channels and content for our Patient Companion Apps as well as over the social media strategy behind them. You will be a key player in managing the content, building and interacting with the communities and collaborating crossfunctionally with the Product Marketing team to engage and expand the community of users dealing with chronic diseases through innovative marketing strategies.Are you read to shape our marketing efforts and directly improve the quality of life for thousands of people managing chronic autoimmune conditions? Your Role with us

• You are responsible for user acquisition and engagement by developing relevant content for our Patient Companion Apps’ social media channels (e.G. Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok), both organically, as well as through paid media and Influencer marketing campaigns, based on the brand, target audience, and marketing objectives of each of our apps.
• You drive the community engagement and interaction by fostering discussions and building relationships with our users and followers.
• You optimize the performance of social media campaigns and content by defining and tracking key metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
• You work together with the Product and Marketing teams, to develop the overall social media strategies for our Patient Companion Apps, by setting goals, selecting the right platforms, planning the content calendars, and executing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic and engagement.

What you bring to the table

• You have 2-3 years of experience in managing B2C social media campaigns and content creation across different platforms and working with social media management tools to plan and schedule activities and content calendars. You follow social media trends, platform changes and their suitable formats.
• You have been professionally leveraging diverse channels and Ad platforms;
  and ideally have some familiarity with creative tools like Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• You have a strong analytical mindset and use data for analyzing campaign performance and optimizing social media strategies.
• You are fluent in English and German.
