About us
For our client in pharmazeutic industry located in Friesoythe we are looking for a system administrator (m/f/x) in temp-to-perm with the chance of being made permanent later on.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for HW stock maintenance and proper Asset Management
- Support users in case of local solution of incidents and requests as well as forward those in case of global responsibility
- Understands the product model structure within Technology Infrastructure Operations &
Experience and triage the product owners for product delivery
- Collaborates effectively with various IT departments and Facility management and ensures on boarding of new employees
- Ensure effective collaboration with all IT colleagues on and above site
- Support onsite meetings
- Operates and deliver hardware to users in collaboration with the site lead
- support implementation on infrastructure locally (e.G. “smart hand” for global Network, Shopfloor Management and printing)
Your profile
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Math, Computer Science Engineering or equivalent experience
- At least two years of work experience
- Excelent English skills
- Knowledge of the German language preferable
- Strong understanding of the IT service catalogue and the roles &
responsibilities attributed to all IT departments
- Understanding and effectively communicating across multiple languages and cultures
- Understands characteristics of the current IT environment and actively identifies opportunities for improvement of user experience
