Als Teil unseres globalen Instant Payments Teams wirst du als Test Automation Engineer arbeiten, wo deine Expertise und Innovation hoch geschätzt werden. Du wirst nicht nur maßgeblich an der Erstellung und Ausführung umfassender Teststrategien beteiligt sein, sondern auch eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Verbesserung der Qualität und Effizienz unserer Instant Payments-Anwendungen spielen. Wir suchen einen leidenschaftlichen Profi (f/m/x), der von Daten angetrieben wird und eine angeborene Fähigkeit hat, sich auf die Bedürfnisse des Kunden zu konzentrieren;
einen innovativen Denker (f/m/x), der keine Angst hat, den Status quo herauszufordern und stets nach Lücken und Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung sucht und einen Teamplayer (f/m/x) mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, der sich in einer schnelllebigen Umgebung wohlfühlt.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

• Entwicklung, Ausführung und Pflege von automatisierten Testskripten mit modernsten Tools, um höchste Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams, um Lücken zu identifizieren, zu analysieren und zu beheben und so eine optimale Funktionalität und Benutzererfahrung zu gewährleisten.
• Vorantreiben der Einführung branchenführender Testmethoden zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Effektivität.
• Förderung einer Kultur kontinuierlicher Verbesserung durch aktive Teilnahme an unseren Initiativen im Bereich Testing.

Fähigkeiten und erforderliche Erfahrung:

• Beherrschung von Testautomatisierung (z. B. BDD, Java) in Verbindung mit praktischer Erfahrung im Bereich Performance Testing.
• Vertrautheit mit agilen Softwareentwicklungs- und DevOps-Praktiken, um eine nahtlose Integration und Bereitstellung sicherzustellen.
• Grundkenntnisse im Zahlungsverkehr, ergänzt durch starke analytische Fähigkeiten zur effektiven Problemlösung.
• Eine kontinuierliche Lernmentalität in Kombination mit Anpassungsfähigkeit und Flexibilität, um sich schnell an sich ändernde Anforderungen anzupassen.

As part of our global Instant Payments Team, you will work as a Test Automation Engineer, where your expertise and innovation will be highly valued. You will not only be instrumental in the creation and execution of comprehensive testing strategies but also play a crucial role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of our Instant Payments applications. We are looking for a professional, who is driven by data and has an innate ability to focus on the client's needs;
an innovative thinker who is not afraid to challenge the status quo, always looking for gaps and opportunities for enhancement and a team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using cutting-edge tools to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and address gaps ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
• Drive the adoption of industry-leading testing methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively participating in our Testing Chapter initiatives.

Skills &
Experience Required:

• Proficiency in Test Automation (e.G., BDD, Java) coupled with hands-on experience in Performance Testing.
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development &
  DevOps practices ensuring seamless integration &
  delivery.
• Basic knowledge of payments complemented by strong analytical skills enabling effective problem resolution.
• A continuous learning mindset paired with adaptability &
  flexibility allowing swift navigation through evolving requirements.
