About TDI Private Bank (PB)

TDI PB develops and operates applications that are necessary for the bank's business. The IT department is driving efficiency, improved service quality and an optimized product portfolio for our internal and external stakeholders. The teams work closely with other infrastructure units and the business units to modernize the IT systems. The aim is always to meet the requirements of customers and regulatory authorities alike. TDI PB reduces complexity, minimizes risks and enables growth in close collaboration with the business.

Your key responsibilities

For Engineers:

• Estimate, design, develop, (auto)test and implement new functionalities and document design decisions

• Prototyping new features, meeting business needs and solving challenging technical problems
• Be part of a cross-discipline, autonomous team fully responsible for the software development cycle from the initial conception to production
• Enhancing our infrastructure capabilities and functions with new and fresh ideas
• Learn, grow and develop as a person and engineer

For UI/UX Designers:

• Visualise concepts through storyboards and static wireframes by using your creativity and following the design system
• Map detailed workflows, as well as customer journeys, around tech constraints, building intuitive interactions with the help of interactive prototypes
• Engage directly with users and customers to gain a deeper understanding of their goals, validate design solutions, conduct usability testing, incorporating results into your design process
• Craft interaction design patterns and behavioral specifications

What we look for

For Engineers:

• Currently studying in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Innovation and Technology or similar
• Code-writing in one or more coding languages such as but not limited to Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, Swift, Kotlin, Python (please provide proof in your application)
• Understanding of software engineering, coding and software testing concepts as well as software development cycles
• Initial experiences in using tools like Jira, GIT, Docker, Linux Shell-Script etc.
• Strong communication skills with business fluency in English and German as well as collaborating in agile teams

For UI/UX Designers:

• Currently studying a field relevant to digital product design
• First experiences in using tools like Sketch or Figma and with prototyping tools like InVision and Flinto
• Open-minded and detail-orientated, a high-lebel pf professionalism on design and a good understanding of color, form and patterns
• Initial experiences in the area of UX Design, which is a plus but not mandatory.

TDI PB entwickelt und betreibt Anwendungen, die für das Geschäft der Bank notwendig sind. Die IT-Abteilung sorgt für mehr Effizienz, eine bessere Servicequalität und ein optimiertes Produktportfolio für unsere internen und externen Kunden. Die Teams arbeiten eng mit anderen Infrastruktureinheiten und den Geschäftsbereichen zusammen, um die IT-Systeme zu modernisieren. Ziel ist es, die Anforderungen der Kunden und der Aufsichtsbehörden gleichermaßen zu erfüllen. TDI PB reduziert die Komplexität, minimiert die Risiken und ermöglicht Wachstum in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Geschäftsbereichen.

Aufgabenbeschreibung

Für Engineers:

• Schätzen, Entwerfen, Entwickeln, (Auto-)Testen und Implementieren neuer Funktionen und Dokumentieren von Entwurfsentscheidungen
• Prototyping neuer Funktionen, Erfüllung von Geschäftsanforderungen und Lösung anspruchsvoller technischer Probleme
• Teil eines disziplinübergreifenden, autonomen Teams, das für den gesamten Softwareentwicklungszyklus von der Idee bis zur Produktion verantwortlich ist.
• Verbesserung unserer Infrastrukturfähigkeiten und -funktionen mit neuen sowie frischen Ideen
• Lernen, wachsen und sich als Mensch und Ingenieur weiterentwickeln

Für UI/UX Designer:

• Visualisiere kreative, neue Konzepte durch Storyboards und statische Wireframes, indem du dem Design-System folgst
• Detaillierte Workflows und Customer Journey werden von dir unter Berücksichtigung technischer Einschränkungen erstellt, für die du intuitive Interaktionen mit Hilfe interaktiver Prototypen veranschaulichst
• Um ein tieferes Verständnis ihrer Bedürfnisse zu erlangen, setzt Du dich direkt mit Nutzern und Kunden auseinander, validierst Designlösungen durch Usability-Tests und lässt die Ergebnisse in deinen Designprozess einfließen
• Du entwirfst Spezifikation für Interaktionen und daraus resultierende Verhaltensmuster.

Fähigkeiten &
Erfahrungen

Für Engineers:

• Du studierst derzeit Informatik, Technische Informatik, Informationstechnologie, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Innovation und Technologie oder eine vergleichbare Studienrichtung
• Praktische Erfahrungen Codes in einer oder mehreren Programmiersprachen zu schreiben;
  wie z. B. Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, Swift, Kotlin, Python (bitte Nachweis vorlegen)
• Verständnis von Software-Engineering, Programmier- und Software-Testkonzepte sowie Software-Entwicklungszyklen
• Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Tools wie Jira, GIT, Docker, Linux Shell-Script etc.
• Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit verhandlungssicheren Englisch- und Deutschkenntnissen und hast Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in (agilen) Teams

Für UI/UX Designer:

• Dein Studiengang hat einen Bezug zu digitalem Produkt-Design
• Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Design-Tools wie Sketch oder Figma und der Erstellung von Prototypen in Tools wie InVision und Flinto
• Offen Persönlichkeit und ein gutes Auge für Details, einen hohen Anspruch an Design und ein gutes Verständnis für Farbe, Form und Strukturen
