Join our IU International Team in full-time as CRM Manager (m/f/d) at our location in Berlin. This position is initially limited to 2 years.

Your tasks

• You are supporting the CRM-team in all CRM activities for the International market from the conception to the implementation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• You design target group-specific email journeys and coordinate the communication with our copywriting and graphics teams as well as other relevant departments.

• As a CRM manager, you are responsible for the analysis, further development, and maintenance of all CRM processes.

• You optimize templates and messaging through different testing approaches.

• You are monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating all key performance indicators in CRM and you act on data-based decisions.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed your studies in Marketing, Business or in a related field or you have another relevant qualification.

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in CRM, ideally in areas such as e-commerce or other transactional models.

• You are experienced in working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or another comparable CRM software and you ideally have good HTML knowledge.

• Your communication skills are excellent, and you have strong analytical skills.

• You enjoy creating a difference by initiating and improving incentive campaigns.

• You are business fluent in English.
