Who you are:

You are a seasoned professional with a proven track record in creating and delivering high-performance campaigns. Your expertise lies in orchestrating digital-first campaigns that leverage various assets, including events, social media, website, webinars, and more. As a Senior Campaign Performance Lead, you understand the importance of social media omnipresence and excel in measuring and improving campaign performance.

Your tasks &
responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and implement campaigns across diverse categories, adhering to the precision of GenTwo’s campaign framework
  • Execute impactful, data-driven hybrid digital/non-digital campaigns, aligning strategies with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Orchestrate comprehensive digital-first campaigns, strategically utilizing assets like events, social media, website, webinars, and more, to optimize key flywheel/scorecard metrics
  • Strategically position digital-first, social media, and website activities at the forefront of high-performance campaigns
  • Facilitate swift, ad hoc social media activities to fortify overall campaign efforts.
  • Enhance website content and performance, cultivating heightened dark social interaction, referrals, and measurable increases in high-intent client inquiries.
  • Strategically measure, analyze, and benchmark campaign performance, effecting positive changes in flywheel/scorecard metrics.
  • Identify and interpret patterns from past campaigns, driving continuous optimization for future initiatives.
  • Optimize and standardize GenTwo operations and the campaign framework, contributing to heightened overall efficiency.
  • Helping to build up the campaign performance team instilling a culture of accountability and operational excellence.

  • Proven track record of successfully creating and delivering high-performance campaigns in a dynamic and competitive environment.
  • Expertise in orchestrating digital-first campaigns, demonstrating mastery across various assets such as events, social media, website, webinars, and more.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, with a keen eye for identifying patterns and implementing improvements.
  • Leadership experience, showcasing the ability to manage and inspire teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to optimize operations and campaign frameworks for enhanced efficiency and scalability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align campaign strategies with broader organizational goals.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, particularly in navigating challenges inherent in campaign creation and delivery.
  • High level of proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience.
